Cancellation Policy

The HealingALSConference kicks off October 18, 2019.  Tickets are fully refundable up to 30 days before the event, September 18, 2019.  To request a refund, please email info@healingalsconference.org

If less than 30 days remain, we must treat your conference ticket just like a concert ticket.  We will have paid for the rooms, seats and meals whether you sit in them or not.  We have no way of getting a refund on our costs so the best we can do is assist you in reselling your seat.  We have a budget to meet and so we must sell our remaining seats first, but once we have sold out, we will be happy to resell your seat to someone on the waiting list. 

If you resell your seat yourself, please contact us promptly at info@healingalsconference.org with the new attendee’s information so we may welcome them and send conference information directly to them.  If you would like us to try to resell your seat, let us know at this same e-mail address and you will be placed on our resell list, first come, first served.  If we are successful, we will refund your ticket purchase less a $25 handling fee to cover the transaction charges.  There will be no guarantee of resale or refund if you cancel within this 30 days period.  A refund less the $25 handling fee will be granted only if the seat can be filled.
